With Medical Massage, your Doctor has deemed it medically necessary for you to have a Medical Massage. A script is needed with proper diagnosis, CPT codes and in some cases a C-9 form before any services are provided. All medical documents are properly kept and may be shared with your Dr.(s), Attorney(s), Worker’s Comp., and Insurance Companies which require more time on your particular case. Because more time is spent dealing with Medical Massage cases, our Medical prices reflect the reasonable fees allowed by the Workers’ Compensation Statute for every 15 minute unit.
